✅ Our Policy on Returns
At Earthworks River Farm Nursery, we take pride in offering high-quality landscaping materials and outdoor products. Because most of what we sell is bulk, custom-loaded, or handled on-demand, we have a strict no-return policy to ensure material quality, cleanliness, and fair handling across all customers.
No Returns on Bulk Materials or Supplies
All sales are final on:
Bulk mulch, topsoil, compost, gravel, or stone (by the yard)
Bagged landscape materials (soil, mulch, compost, etc.)
Hardgoods such as edging, tools, spikes, or landscaping supplies
Clearance or discounted merchandise
Special orders or seasonal items
Once materials are loaded or delivered, they are considered accepted and non-returnable. Please ensure your order is accurate before purchase or delivery. Our staff is happy to help you select the right product for your project in advance.
Receipts & Proof of Purchase
We recommend retaining your receipt or invoice for all purchases in case there are any questions about order details, delivery, or service records.
